One of my favorite areas of my home to decorate is the side entry. The first thing when a guest walks into the door should be something cute and inviting! This entryway table was purchased on Amazon for around only sixty dollars, and it was extremely easy to build. Since Valentine's Day is the next holiday I am decorating for, I decided to spice up my entryway area.
One of the tips that I have in order to decorate a space is to shop your house! You would be surprised what you can find in order to spruce up a space. Most of these items I used to decorate were found in other rooms or in my attic.
So as mentioned, the table itself is from Amazon, along with the buffalo check table runner. I've collected all the birdhouses over the last year and this is how many I have! Anyways, The florals are from Dollar Tree. I found cotton stems from there as well! For the heart garland, I made it! All I did was take an old book (got most of mine from Goodwill for less than a quarter a piece) and ripped the pages out. I then cut out multiple shaped hearts and hot glued them to jute twin string in order to hang them! One thing I do dislike greatly about Rae Dunn birdhouses is the ugly ribbon they come with, so in order to fit the space, I used burlap ribbon left over from my bridal shower last year and made them! I just love the light pink mixed with the chevron ribbon!
So that is my entryway table for Valentine's Day! Along with a metal basket filled with a throw blanket and pillows, I think the look is really romantic and inviting!
